If you are not completely satisfied with your order you may return it within 30 days of the purchase date for a refund. If the return is processed after 30 days from the date of purchase, no refunds will be processed. Items must be in resellable condition and in the original packaging. Shipping and handling charges will not be refunded. Return shipping to threecellphone.com will be at customer expense. Hint: To speed processing time please write 'RETURN' visibly and clearly on the outside of the package.

All Returns and Exchanges must be accompanied by the original packing slip and a completed Return and Exchange Form

Exchanges

Defective Items or Wrong Items Sent

If the item you receive is defective and a replacement is available, you may return it for an exchange. The exchange will be shipped only after the defective item is returned. Return shipping fees will not be refunded.  Exchange item will be shipped out at no charge.

If a replacement item is not available you may return the item. You will be refunded the cost of the item only. Return shipping charges and any shipping costs incurred by the customer WILL NOT be refunded.
